On today XX/XX/year> as I attempted to use my Debit Card ending in XXXX. It was declined at the Store. And when I called PNC Bank to inquire about this the representative asked me a slick and dishonest question on whether this is in relation to a former card that was supposed to be canceled ending in XXXX. And prior to this I tried reaching their escalation department and strangely all of their contact numbers are not excepting calls. This is nothing but pathetic civil rights violations.
