on XX/XX/year>, I sent {$5000.00} to my nephew via MoneyGram app. on XX/XX/year>, when my nephew went to pick up the money, MoneyGram representative refused to pay the money and stated that the money has already been picked up. My nephew notified me and I contacted MoneyGram right away. I requested for proper legal evidence such as a copy if government issued identification card and XXXX signatures that MoneyGram is supposed to collect at the time of delivering the money, to confirm that the right receiver picked up the money, however, MoneyGram refuses to provide me all this information and closed my case.
