From my understanding, my account was placed on the SAVE PLAN. thats the only thing I authorized on my account! XXXX not sure why the account is on forbearance now? How did it go on forbearance?! Is there any deferment options or other options that saves more on the interest? What are my options? I demand Nelnet to promptly answer my requested information ASAP and help me with the status of my account. Also the matter from XXXX university loans remained unresolved.
