after going over my credit report, I have discovered that I am victim of Identity theft due to fraudulent addresses, accounts, and inquiries that are reported to my Credit file. Pursuant to 15 US code 1681c-2 of the fair credit reporting act I am requesting immediate removal and for this account as well as the address to be blocked from my credit file immediately. under this law, the credit reporting agency is required to remove and block fraudulent information within four days upon receiving the proper documentation.
