In XX/XX/year> I started with smile direct. In XX/XX/year> I received a replacement as the first set did not work. In XX/XX/year> I requested another set as my teeth were still not straight. I never received instructions to get a refund. The finance company was notified and said they would file a refund. They did not. Now Ive been sent to collections with Tek collections that is illegally reporting a medical collection. I stopped making payments XX/XX/year> at the bankruptcy. XXXX months later Im at collections. No legitimate company waits XXXX months to send an account to collections. I am a XXXX veteran on a fixed income. This whole situation is bad for my XXXX.
