Subject : Final Notice Before Litigation Factual Dispute of Inaccurate Credit Reporting Dear Credit Bureau, This letter serves as FINAL NOTICE regarding the inaccurate and misleading information being reported on my credit file in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.
