About XXXX months ago XXXX sales XXXX contacted me to sell XXXX internet and I was told if not happy I could return the unit. I received the internet XXXX unit but could not set it up on my computer. I called XXXX and asked for return which was granted to me and I immediately shipped the unit back to XXXX few days later. Now XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX telling me that I owe them certain amount. I do not have the unit, I did return the unit and I never even used the unit.
