Where do I begin? I opened a new Wells Fargo Account, which I thought it was, but it ended being that I still had my old account open, which I didnt know and after I left the bank, I noticed that all the banker did was edit all of my profile information including my identity information. When I inquired as to what was changed, they just dismissed me, over and over. I can never login to the website or use the mobile app like its intended because my password seems to somehow get changed or I lose access to the mobile number, and Im told that my XXXX XXXX number cant be used.I have been a member since XXXX which is what my debit card says, although in reality I have been doing business with Wells Fargo since XXXX when I got a car loan and in XXXX I had a premier account with an XXXX secure Access ID. The other day I deposited a money order that was signed over to me into the ATM and was told told, by the ATM, that the deposit would be available on Tuesday morning, due to it being a Sunday night snd when Tuesday morning came the money wasnt there, which thats not what my deposit slip said. I really believe I have money that they are not allowing me to have. Ive also had identity theft problems with them and Ive never gotten a direct answer as to what it was. I have a strong feeling that it was a mortgage, securities and bonds, or something similar. I have been sent most recently a cashiers check for XXXX that was due to the identity theft and they required me to sign an I-9. This is serious and I want to know how to proceed.
