Subject : Incorrect Charge-Off Balance on Credit Report XXXX XXXX Complaint Description : I am filing a complaint against Experian for reporting incorrect information about my XXXX XXXX credit card account. Instead, the account should be marked as Transferred/Sold with a {$0.00} balance, but Experian continues to show it as a charge-off with a past-due balance, which is inaccurate and unfairly damaging my credit. Additionally, the charge-off date and balance update date appear inconsistent and incorrect.
