Consumer Narrative
PNC Bank took XXXX on XX/XX/year> out of checking account and applied it to the credit account with PNC with out authorization. They are saying someone did it over the phone. Which no one did as I am the one who handles the account my husband 's name is on account but he does not deal with this account. By them doing this they have now over drafted my account. And have charged me XXXX in over draft fees. I am asking the reverse the amount of XXXX and the over draft fees of XXXX. As this was NOT a authorized payment
