I opened the account because of a {$350.00} promo. I spoke to someone when opening they said yes I qualify if info XXXX within XXXX days. I did that, called they said yes I qualify I'll get my {$350.00} on XXXX date. That date came i went into the branch and they said yes you qualify just give it a few more days. Waited longer, called again was told of we gave you {$100.00} were not giving you anymore. Asked for a manager to review calls was denied. Asked for a manager call back never happen. Called a few weeks later to store got a very very very rude manager. Asked for his boss he refused and said he will call me by XXXX next day. Hung up called call center filed complaint asked for higher manager to call me was told i.would get a call next day. Next day dif not get call from anyone at all. Waited 24 hours called call center was told we don't call people back that info was wrong. This issue is unresolved.
