I had requested validation of this debt 90 days ago, but unfortunately, my dispute has gone unanswered. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request validation of any debt that is being reported. To facilitate the review of my records and ensure that the debt is accurate, I am requesting the following : 1. Proof that the debt is mine, including the name of the original creditor. 2.
