After reporting to the cfpb for help with disputing this identity theft this company still report with improper use of my information that I did not authorize. Please send me a consent form I signed with Midland. By law it says you have to show proof or delete off credit. I did not give this company permission to fumble with my information at all. By law I did not sign anything with this company at all. I'm requesting debt validation on both accounts XXXX XXXX say I owe and when I say debt validation, I don't mean a letter verifying the account like last time. These accounts supposed to be deleted it's been passed the 30 days. I demand proof that I owe this debt and that this company have legal rights to collect with my signature with this company. You have to provide these accounts need to be deleted as soon as possible. This company was giving more than enough time and I have proof. Thank you!
