Once a report of identity theft is made and i am now exercising this law. According to 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) of the FCRA furnishers of the information are prohibited from reporting information that they XXXX XXXX have reason to believe is inaccurate. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. EACH OF THE LISTED ACCOUNTS ARE ERRONEOUS AND DO NOT PERTAIN TO ANY DEBT OWED BY ME. Reporting FALSE INFORMATION is a direct violation of federal law and has unjustly damaged my creditworthiness. I DEMAND THAT YOU DELETE THE INACCURATE ACCOUNTS FROM MY CREDIT IMMEDIATELY AND CEASE ALL FUTURE REPORTING OF THIS ERRONEOUS INFORMATION TO ALL CREDIT BUREAUS.
