Easy to understand : Fraudulent actors made a purchase and then on the final day that a complaint would be considered claimed not to have receive the product. They had long ago received the product for which they made their purchase. Without any evidence or consultation PayPal refunded the money to them. This cost me {$2400.00}. These are PayPal transactions XXXX XX/XX/XXXX for {$910.00} or {$940.00} including fees and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for {$950.00} or {$970.00} including fees and a transaction for which I have only the beginning of the case number XXXX. For that my transaction ID was XXXX and the buyer 's transaction ID was XXXX in the amount of {$1500.00} or {$1500.00} with fees. In all of these cases the fraud was committed by someone using the name XXXX XXXX using the e-mail address XXXX. In addition I want PayPal to reimburse me for the {$15.00} " dispute fee. '' In all of these cases PayPal sided with the criminals and referred the dispute to the bank used by the thieves, which affirmed that they had indeed placed the transaction BUT KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE RECEIPT OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS INVOLVED. I have filed this dispute on XX/XX/XXXX with the Internet Crime Complaint Center submission ID XXXX. Paypall considers the matter closed and is attempting to collect from me the amount that was stolen, which I have refused to pay. PayPal simply has no method of dealing with this kind of fraud.
