XX/XX/XXXX, my mommy send me international transfer XXXX XXXX, from her account in XXXX XXXX XXXX, I try get my money and the fifitb bank close my account on XX/XX/XXXX, and the fifth bank say because my account is close dont have any records from this money, so my mommy pay investigation in XXXX and the intermediary bank XXXX XXXX XXXX send me the XXXX XXXX and confirm fifth bank accepted the money. I open a complaint before and fifth bank not help me at all, fifit bank attach XXXX letter and say the bank refund the money to the sender, but the sender still do not have the money in XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX try tracking the numbers provide from fifith and the tracking dont show nothing, XXXX XXXX XXXX me today and told me fifty bank need provide the swift from the refund, the last bank have the money was fifith bank, it's almost two months and no resolution, fifith bank desapear with this money and do not give more any details and close all my complaints. My phone number is ( XXXX ) XXXX. I need more details about the refund, because XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX say if fifth refund this money need prove all those details.
