# XXXX I received a phone call on XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX eastern, from a XXXX XXXX. The phone was on speaker. He asked for " XXXX XXXX '' and then asked me how I pronounce my name. I told him '' XXXX because I'm divorced now. He then blurted out that I'm behind on my payments and need to take care of this today. # XXXX Since XXXX when Servicing Solutions took over this account, I have had it set up on Auto Pay. According to XXXX XXXX ' supervisor XXXX XXXX, the auto pay was set up to pay three days late and I've been late each month. I set up the autopay as directed by Servicing Solutions. Undoubtedly Servicing Solutions has created a little cash flow situation in late fees that I've never been told about. This is outrageous. My roommate heard that I am " delinquent '' on this debt because I was given no opportunity to deal with the situation privately. I am NOT delinquent for this debt and I need to be compensated for my losses.
