Consumer Narrative

First my Driver license have been stolen 3 months ago and i was able to get a new one but on XX/XX/XXXX someone used my stolen Driver license to open a new BECU debit card ( pretending like me ) and they was able to spend {$2100.00}. And When i see this activity on my mobile banking I called them right away and told them and they credited me the money same day which is XX/XX/XXXX. But they called me back i think after XXXX and they said we believe its you who did this and claimed its not you! and we denied your claim and reported to the police ( case number XXXX ) and i asked my bank today to provide me the evidence ( footage ) but they wasnt able to gibe me and I called the police they said I dont have enough information but i asked them to call BECU but no they are not able to do that ( dont enough staff ) and I dont know what to do because my stolen ID is still with someone and i dont know whats going to happen tomorrow.
