On XX/XX/2025 I delivered, by certified mail, a letter requesting that TransUnion verify that the adverse information was being reported correctly by the creditors of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX Fin XXXX as was either updated or deleted from my report. I received no response from them on the investigation and on XX/XX/2025, by certified letter, informed them that due to the lack of their investigation I demanded that they remove the accounts from my report and notified them that this was not another opportunity for them to investigate as they have already received their chance of investigation. Yesterday, XX/XX/2025, I received an email from them saying that they have received my dispute three days ago and are investigating. They are outside the legal requirement to have done an investigation and I would like these accounts removed from my report immediately as instructed in my letter they received XX/XX/2025. I pulled my report today ( XX/XX/2025 ) and all accounts are still showing as they did in XXXX and no remarks have been made that the accounts are even being disputed.
