I am writing to formally request that the accounts listed on my credit report, as well as any fraudulent credit inquiries, be removed from my credit file with all three bureaus.I have requested supporting evidence, including my signature and documentation from the creditor. I demanded to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Under the FCRA, specifically Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ), you are obligated to investigate and provide me with proof of the information reported. Their failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. I have already filed with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) concerning the following unverified fraudulent accounts and credit inquires connected to my credit report. Under the FCRA, Section 605 of the FCRA : This section specifies that negative items, such as repossessions, must be reported accurately and be verifiable. If the information is found to be inaccurate or unverifiable, it must be removed. Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion Did not provid ed me with proof of the information reported, including providing me with documentation and an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it within the 30 days required by that law, thus i need this fraudulent information removed.
