I been with capital one for almost 1 years. I paid my credit card on time never missed a payment. Back in XXXX, I decided to pay the minimum amount of the credit card balance. Everything went through fine. On XX/XX/XXXX I decided to pay off the entire balance, but for some reason the bank capital one rejected it even though there was money in the bank account to cover the entire thing. Three days later, I received a notice from capital one Credit Card that my Account was canceled. Which by the term and condition of the card.
