Consumer Narrative
I fell under hardship and request my bike loan company model finance to they could lower my payment which they refused, forcing me to fall behind on my payments. They have continued to harass me and report negative information to my credit report every month. They refused to take partial payments and have been very unprofessional in the process. They have wrote my bike off as a profit for lost and still report negative information every month to my credit report stopping me from being able to get a loan to pay them in full.
