XX/XX/year>, I initiated a balance transfer with XXXX XXXX ( To transfer a balance from Wells Fargo ) And upon checking my Wells Fargo account, I now see XXXX payments were made to them. This leaves me with an overpayment and credit in Wells Fargo. Upon checking with XXXX XXXX however, only XXXX payment on their end, shows to have been made. So technically, on the XXXX XXXX side, I'm squared away, but on the Wells Fargo side, I received more money than I should have. The balance transfer was in the amount of {$1700.00}. I see this twice in Wells Fargo. When I contact XXXX XXXX, they insist there is no error. When I contact Wells Fargo and ask for the source or electronic trail for the transaction, they fail to provide me one. I need help as I don't want to be held liable for this, especially if XXXX XXXX discovers it is indeed an error, down the line.
