Reached out via mail XX/XX/XXXX call the company XX/XX/XXXX for update. Was told to fill out identity theft form from there website and submit my police report. Sent all documents via email, and postal service. Got email that the account was verified as mines the very next day. Ask to show me proof that it was me that open the account. Haven't heard back from them regarding proof
