XX/XX/XXXX i emailed XXXX XXXX the ceo of sofi bank with my concerns with my checking account i had with his bank. He did not respond but someone named XXXX did and sent me a email stating Dear XXXX, I hope this message finds you well. My name is XXXX. I am an account manager with SoFi. Thank you for reaching out to the office of the CEO. We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had, and we want to assure you that we are addressing this matter. I understand that you're seeing a discrepancy in your balance and that it may not align with your expectations. One common cause of this confusion is the Relay feature in our app, which tracks spending trends based on the calendar month. This can sometimes lead to differences in how transactions appear. When i have so much money missing!!!
