Vystar Credit Union did not send bank statements, call or email regarding a checking account that went negative. Their online portal was continuously down, broken and unable to login to their portal. Their app was broken and unable to login through there as well. No notice that the account was negative until they put a charge off on my credit bureau accounts. When I called to investigate, they were unsupportive and could not explain how I had not received any notice or communication. When I asked for a pay for delete and stated my frustration with their website and bank app, they said they would not resolve it by any means. I noticed that this is a common recurrence based on the past lawsuit for this exact issue.
