On XX/XX/year> I rented a vehicle with my debit card at XXXX XXXX XXXX and returned it on XX/XX/year>. I received notification on XX/XX/year> from my bank of a charge of {$6800.00} from XXXX. I called their customer service and notified them of their error and they told me a refund would be issued in 3-5 business days. This time has come and passed and I still have not received my refund. This has caused my account to be overdrawn and sent me into financial despair. This has been a horrible experience and is worsening by the day. I have also started a dispute with my bank.
