I am demanding that you delete this immediately Bankruptcy # XXXX ( Nevada ) This is proof that Transunion is Direct Violation of : 15 USC 1681 A2b, 15 USC 1681 b, 15 USC 1681 a, Rule ( 9037 ), My name is XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year> Re : Bankruptcy # XXXX State Of Nevada I am writing to you because I have bankruptcy information appearing on my Consumer Report Case number XXXX State of Nevada Transunion stated verbatim from that the information was indeed verified by : ( Nevada Bankruptcy Court ) State Of Nevada US Bankruptcy Court The court house responded that this is either an error or a lie!! They never verified anything at all!! I have no bankruptcies on file at all!! XXXX XXXX has also deleted this fraudulent information as it was determined that this is a case of mistaken identity!! I am demanding that Transunion as well as Transunion Rental Screening, as well as XXXX, Delete this information immediately This inaccurate fraudulent information is still appearing on my Transunion Credit Report!!
