I went to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to purchase a used XXXX XXXX XXXX which was presented as in good/safe working order. I felt very pressured by the sales man and was informed that the advertised price was only good after a deposit of {$3000.00}. Knowing in my gust something was off I made the purchase anyway. After driving the vehicle for less than a week I noticed the suspension was shot and the vehicle was all over XXXX XXXX on highways, the rear differential and bearings are grinding, the wrong size tires are on the vehicle, and the speedometer/odometer are malfunctioning stating that I'm going XXXX faster than I'm actually going creating an odometer fraud. The dealership refuses to repair the issues and the finance company refuses to help me return the vehicle for all the misrepresentation and fraud associated with it. They demand payment and threaten to repossess the vehicle creating damage to my credit profile rather than assist with woth the many issues they paid into when providing me the loan.
