My vehicle was a total loss from Hurricane Milton in Florida. I contacted Vystar several times to advise the vehicle was a total loss and the insurance was in the process of paying the loan. I also advised I had the GAP insurance to pay balance. Vystar credit union continue to charge fees. Even after receiving {$13000.00} from auto insurance and {$6800.00} from GAP insurance. Vystar received a total of {$20000.00} from insurance. Which I feel I should now have a XXXX balance however credit union loan still shows a balance owed of {$2400.00} this balance includes late fees charged continuously after notice of loss. This has also hurt my credit score as Vystar continued to report to the credit bureau.
