Sometime at the end of XXXX my Identity was stolen. My cards at Capital One had been compromised and several times had to have new cards issued. In late XXXX. I told capital One to close my accounts and not issue any new cards even to me. I had XXXX cards one had a {$300.00} limit the other {$1000.00} limit. I get a notification that both cards are now double the limits and someone had made payments long enough to use the credit available then they were cancelling the payments. At the same time I notice both cards double the limits they tell me as of XXXX XXXX someone is still using my credit cards, after I requested the account closed and after I told them I wanted NO new cards issued. Last phone I had in late XXXX. I asked them how is someone still using my account when I requested it closed and I had no cards issued to me. I was told the account was still open on my request. That I had never asked for.
