There is a debt a collection agency called XXXX XXXX. This agency reaged my debt. My debt was supposed to be removed from my credit this year. I disputed this through experian and experian doesn't want to cooperate in this matter stating that their role is only to investigate the accuracy of the debt. According to FCRA, it's illegal to reaged a debt. And what is on my credit is not accurate. It shows that debt is opened on XX/XX/year> which is not accurate.
