in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I have had a to watch the loan via. the online portal because the statements for payment would come just days before payment due date, I have taken screenshots with my phone to document payment due with XXXX due in 20 days then the amount due would show up 19 days before due date or less, always on to of it and never late. they would apply the payment just before its late. this gone on for the past 7 months, have spoke to them on phone with no help, this last XX/XX/XXXX they stated they never received my check that was sent from my banking institution, so I had to go to my bank to cancel the lost check and sent another. yesterday they should have received the check XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, when I called they stated they still have not received it? the payment is in the 15 day grace time frame. the said my account is all up-to-date otherwise, the statement for the XX/XX/XXXX for example was received by me in the mail 5 days before the due date XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX but they should have received the check on XX/XX/XXXX according to my bank. that is the one the say they never got.. I am requesting them fix the issue but they have been on help.. from XXXX to present the account seems to have lots of discrepancy please help.
