Hi I have XXXX credit cards with XXXX and they charge credit card limit increase fees. I agree to pay interest and for some cards annual fees, but limit increase fee, its too much. I found this " The CFPB 's regulations ( specifically 1026.52 ) prohibit card issuers from requiring consumers to pay additional fees that would otherwise be prohibited, such as a fee for increasing the credit limit. " and they should consider this warning. I have been charged in XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, {$49.00} each year and also on the card end XXXX, another limit increase fee for {$49.00}. I am looking to get these funds back and not be charged anymore.
