I have to literally guess what my payment is because this company hasnt sent a paper statement since XX/XX/2024 and when they did it was 4 business days before the payment was due. Plus when payments are sent to them they take over 3 business days to apply payments to the account and then assess a {$40.00} fee on top as a thank you. Payments mailed in XXXX one in particular was received XXXX XXXX XXXX and its sent by online banking which guarantees the delivery of the check by that date. My current account treats it as an actual check which makes tracking payments easier whereas previously I send payments and its basically cash already taken out and that allows the receiver to lie and make up they never received the payment or lie about when they applied the payments. I just want this debt settled but Prosper wants to sink my credit. They say to email them and I do, they reply with a non assistance message filled with jargon that blames me. They tell me to call and I do and their automated message never transfers me to a person. I ask for someone to call me directly and I am met with no replies. So, I dont know how this company expects me to pay my debt when 1. They dont apply any of the payments sent. 2. They dont apply payments sent in a timely manner. 3. No one can be contacted to resolve the issue at hand. This is like my 9th complaint and this company just doesnt care.
