Apparently the company has gone out of business. For months I tried to reach them to find out who was servicing my account no one could answer. They promised to contact me by email after they research NOTHING. My credit report is still reflecting a delinquency..but no one to contact. Ridiculous. As a consumer, its not fair to me when I attempt to make good on payments and they wont accept them. I was told they couldnt accept payments but didnt know who I should make payments to. I researched on my own, found a creditor that I thought had my account. They said they do not know why the said merchant keeps sending people to them as they do not have the accounts and can not accept payments. Foolishness.
