I used chime to receive money from sister. She sent XXXX XXXX to my chime. When I tried to transfer the money to my bank account chime said I needed to wait til they send me a card in the mail and then once I activate the card I could transfer my money. A week goes by I kept checking my mailbox. Nothing came. So I went back on the app to try it again and the chime app said my account had been closed and for me to call the number and see what was going on. I called and the person told me that they took my account down because I hadnt used the chime app in so long. I asked where my money was that was in the chime app and he said that chime no longer had my money, he said chime sent the money to my state and I would need to contact the state of California to get my money! I asked what he was talking about and he wouldnt give me any information to help. I asked for a link or an email to who I contact to get my money and he said sorry mam I cant help you with that information. Chime stole my money and after going on XXXX and reading reviews this is an ongoing thing with chime. They have stole XXXX from customers. I need help getting my money that they stole
