This complaint has been filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) to request that XXXX, XXXX and XXXX the credit reporting agency, block fraudulent information from my credit report as required by FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) within 4 business days of receiving this complaint. The fraudulent items in question include a personal credit card account opened with XXXX XXXX opened XX/XX/XXXX, an auto loan account opened with Credit Acceptance on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, An Auto loan account opened with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, and a Credit card account with self-opened XX/XX/XXXX, related to the aforementioned loan. These fraudulent accounts have caused multiple hard inquiries and collections to appear on my credit report. I do not recognize any of these accounts, collections, or inquiries, as they were not opened or authorized by me. All of these entries are the result of identity theft and fraud. Attached are copies of the hard inquiries, my XXXX credit report showing the fraudulent items, and the FTC Identity Theft Criminal Complaint, which verifies that these actions are a result of identity theft and fraud.
