I attended XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I only attended school for a month before having to leave due to my transportation failure.My truck needed repairs so I stopped attending school. I went on with life when sometime ago I was receiving literature from XXXX for repayment to the school but it was for {$40.00} plus thousands dollars. I filled complaints that went unanswered. They put it on my credit report sometime after that which did a lot of damage to my credit score I was buried in debt. XXXX was recently sued and found negligent in there student loan practices. Fast XXXX I am now receiving literature from a company whom in which the debt was passed to, Edfinancial. This is fraudulent due to the negligence of XXXX from 2011. All studies who have attended vatterotte institutions should have been forgiven because they too have been sue and close due to negligence. I request a further investigation of this matter. Redeemed in lawful money pursuant to 12 u.s.c. 411 All credits and debits must be settled in lawful money. I demand full discharge Of this obligation in lawful money.
