To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding ongoing harassment from Aldous & Associates over a gym membership that I canceled in XXXX. Despite my cancellation, I have been repeatedly contacted about payments, and this has continued for years. It is absolutely frustrating and unacceptable to still be receiving calls and notices over a membership that was canceled during an uncertain time with XXXX. I fulfilled my obligation to cancel, and I should not have to deal with relentless harassment over a service I no longer use or owe anything for. This has gone on far too long, and I am demanding immediate resolution.
