I logged into XXXX credit reporting agency and found that a credit account had been added by XXXXCollection Bureau of AmericaXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ' to the sum of {$1400.00}. I immediately initiated a dispute with XXXX because I know this debt is not mind. Their results came back to me XX/XX/year> as verified and accurate. Their findings are false. On XXXX I received a letter from the aformentioned Collection agency for demand of payment. I learned from this letter that the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX for nonpayment of services rendered as follows. Install date : XXXX -- Discconct date : XXXX. Service address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ca. XXXX. I have NEVER lived at this address. Nor contracted, given permission to or cosigned to anyone else for services with XXXX XXXX XXXX. And I can prove it. I believe that I could be a victim of identity fraud and/or XXXX XXXX XXXX made a mistake, by accident or on purpose, by using my identity to tag me with someone else 's debt.
