EXPERIAN REFUSES TO BLOCK ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT FILE. I INFORMED THEM I WAS A VICTIM OF THE XXXX DATA BREACH AND SENT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS. I HAVE DISPUTED IDENTITY THEFT 3 TIMES. EXPERIAN HAS BLOCKED ME FROM BEING ABLE TO DISPUTE THESE ACCOUNT ONLINE WHERE I CAN UPLOAD PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND WHEN I MAIL IN MY DISPUTES EXPERIAN ALWAYS CLAIMS TO NOT RECIEVE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS. I HAVE BEEN DISPUTING THESE ACCOUNTS FOR OVER ONE YEAR NOW AND EXPERIAN HAS BEEN VIOLATIONG MY FAIR CREDIT REPORTING RIGHTS AND ALSO MY PRIVACY RIGHTS. I NEVER AUTHORIZED EXPERIAN OR ANY AFFILIATES OF EXPERIAN TO FURNISH THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS BEARING MY NAME, DATE OF BIRTH OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN NIETHER WRITTEN OR VERBAL FORM : XXXX ACCT. NUMBER XXXX BALANCE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ORIGINAL BALANCE XXXX STATUS PAID AND CLOSED XXXX XXXX ACCT NUMBER XXXX ORIGINAL BALANCE XXXX STATUS PAID IN SETTLEMENT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCT. NUMBER- XXXX ORIGINAL BALNCE XXXX I HAVE NEVER PAID ANY OF THE ABOVE DEBTS IN A SETTLEMENT NOR TO THE COMAPANY. I HAVE ASKED EXPERIAN FOR METHOD OF VERIFICATION FOR THESE ITEMS AND I WAS DENIED THEM EXPERIAN SAYS THEY DONT PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FOR ACCOUNTS THEY OBTAIN AND I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS PAPERWORK IN MY CREDIT FILE. EXPERIAN HAS VIOLATED MY RIGHTS FOR ONE WHOLE YEAR. DENYING EVERY FTC REPORT AND DISPUTE THAT I GET AND ALLOWING THESE COMAPNIES TO CONTINUE TO DAMANGE MY CREDIT REPUTATION.
