1. Instead of going to court in XXXX to address the debt, I agreed to a payment plan with XXXX XXXX. I asked for an itemization of the {$12000.00} and was advised they did not have one. I have attached a copy of an exhibit that is an accounting, but it is so small an ant could not read it. 2. Today, I went on the Upgrade website and saw that my account is charged off and I owe {$12000.00} still no itemization. I owed {$7000.00}. Where did the other {$5000.00} come from? My question is : A. Can a charged off account still be open and stating you still owe them {$12000.00}? B. I need an itemized of the {$12000.00}. Any assistance you can provide will be appreciated.
