Global Lending Services states that I made XXXX auto payments on XX/XX/XXXX. I made XXXX, yet they charged for XXXX in XXXX separate amounts. These payments are always made manually and have not been authorized to be automatic and/or recurring. I called the next day when I saw this. I was told that XXXX of the payments would be returned " in XXXX business days. '' The payment wasn't only not stopped or returned but re-debited on XXXX. When I spoke with them today in the escalation department, they stated that they can only return the account after it is recieved and that it will be cleared " after XXXX business days '' on XX/XX/XXXX. When I explained that I did not allow them to do this they state that I had with no other explanation. Myt bank account is now overdrawn, and Global Lending Services is taking funds repeatedly from my account without authorization.
