Consumer Narrative

I asked about the charges on the account due to the fact I overdraft a certain amount and they charged me double that to reopen my account after they revoked me access to my account. I asked how the debt became so high and I was told overdraft fees charged by navy federal. I also had some government payments sent back that I never received because they closed the account at the time.
