I had this Capital one card and it was charged off closed by the bank. we both agreed upon a monthly payment to payoff whatever the balance is. The agreement was to pay monthly {$100.00} every month for 38 month. which i am paying every month. I have attached the payment proof and also the payment plan agreement with the bank capital one. but for some reason capital one have been sending wrong report to credit bureaus as missed payments. Since XXXX, XXXX my payment plan started and have been paying on time every month. but they have been sending reports to bureaus as late payment. The latest update is till XX/XX/XXXX and it says late.. no. Thats incorrect. I can fight this on the court with lawyer too because i have every proof.. I have attached the credit bureaus report and also the proof i have been paying on time.
