Luckily, the house didn't burn down, and my family and I are still alive, however, we were evacuated for days and XXXX an extensive XXXX XXXX The Governer as well as President XXXX declared emergency natural disaster for my area and provided some benefits to the homeowners affected by the fire, i.e., forbearance and prohibiting the lenders to foreclose and file a notice of sale. This has affected my business I do tax preparation and working from home. some of my clients have been affected by the fire and I don't know if they are going to come back to do their taxes. As if that wasn't enough, right after we were allowed to come home, a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Mr. CooperXXXX has just filed a notice of sale to sale my house on XX/XX/year>, in violation of the law. I called as well as tried to request for forbearance due to natural disaster online, but the program doesn't allow me to do it. when I called Mr. Cooper, I was told that I could not qualify.
