I was unaware of the unpaid dept, When i checked my credit report i found out there were an unpaid insurance debt which is causing negative impact on my credit. I immediately contacted the debt collector and paid the full balance and requested the negative report to be remove from my credit profile. The company have not taken any action to remove the negative file on my profile and it is impacting me financially.
