The car was repossessed and sold. When asked if it was sold I was told no. I was informed by XXXX police it was sold. I requested a 1099 they refused it give it to me. On my credit its reported as a lost and charged off. Car was repossessed due to not being able to pay due to having covid 3 times and following behind. This information was relayed to the company but no assistance or response.
