i sent an email expressing how i was treated when i was on the call with one of there reps and asked for help .... My car was at the XXXX dealership in Downtown XXXX XXXX for a recall from XX/XX/XXXX, to XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, my car was repossessed without any prior notice ; they came and took it around XXXX XXXX. The next day, on XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted the lender to inquire about making payments to retrieve my car. I explained that I had no transportation to get to work and that my car had been in the dealership for an extended period due to a recall. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and insensitive to my situation. She didnt even tell me where or who had repossessed my car so I could pick up my property and told me with sarcasm in her voice that I couldnt get it out until I paid what I was late on, which is over {$5000.00}. Her lack of empathy and unhelpful attitude only added to my distress. I believe this situation is highly unfair. My car was in the dealership for months, and I was not even provided with a rental free of charge. They expected me to pay for the rental daily, which was impossible for me as I earn minimum wage. How was I supposed to pay for both my car note and a rental simultaneously? This situation led to me losing my job a few weeks later due to a lack of transportation. I believe this situation qualifies as a hardship, so I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and the treatment I received. It feels contradictory to what you promote.
